Family Shoot - Holiday Style!

Happy Holidays! Most of you know that I don't often photograph families. But when Megan, an old friend from high school, approached me about taking her family's holiday portraits, I jumped at the chance. I really enjoyed catching up with her and meeting her beautiful family. Margo sparkles in front of the camera and is an "A" student and talented actress, while Brady has a sweet little disposition all his own. Megan and Jack, it was my pleasure to photograph your lovely family. Megan, thank you for the opportunity to work with you all...next time, girls' night out! ;)

Engagement - Amber and Nathan

Amber and Nate have undeniable chemistry...that always makes for a fun and beautiful shoot! We lucked out and got a beautiful Autumn day to celebrate their engagement. I can't wait for this wedding next year!

Engagement - Kelly and Brian

Kelly and Brian are a fun couple who just happen to both be firefighters. I have such a respect for what they do and it was my honor to have a fun engagement shoot for them as they prepare for their destination wedding next year. Even though Brian is a (gasp!) Philly Flyers fan, we had a great time and I wish them nothing but happiness...Congratulations Kelly & Brian!

Wedding - Vickie and Blaine

You may remember Vickie and Blaine from our "All around the 'Burgh" engagement shoot not that long ago. What a beautiful wedding they had! Thanks to great planning on the part of the bride, we had ample time to take really as many shots as we wanted to throughout the day. The result...a TON of bridal portraits! The couple chose to see each other before the ceremony, which was really fun! Songbook DJ's provided another great night of entertainment and kept the dance floor packed for a great party. We would really like to thank the new Mr. and Mrs. and their family and friends for an unforgettable day!

Wedding - Courtney and Troy

Courtney and Troy had a very unique and personalized wedding. It was a true celebration of friendship and love and a great time was had by all. Songbook DJ's provided another night of great entertainment and family and friends partied into the night! It was obvious that the new Mr. and Mrs. care very much about their family and friends...we were happy to share this wonderful continuation of their love story with them. Many happy years together, Courtney and Troy!

Wedding - Brittany and Jason

Rain did not damper the spirit at the beautiful wedding of Brittany and Jason! Just as our bride was about to come down the aisle at this lovely outdoor ceremony, the rain came pouring down and forced an impromtu shift in plans. But, though many brides might short circuit in a situation like this, Brittany took it in stride and set the tone for the rest of this terrific celebration. It was such a pleasure to get to work with this family again, (her twin sister, Brooke got married earlier this year, so we were fortunate enough to work with them twice!) Many thanks to you, Sukel family, and to the Pinneys and your friends and families. Many years of love and happiness to you all!

Engagement - Vickie and Blaine

Yinz guys wanna check out the 'Burgh? Vickie and Blaine wanted to capture some of what our beautiful city has to offer, so we went to the South Side, North Side and everywhere in between for a fun summer engagement shoot. Blaine is a big Pittsburgh Team fan (yep, even the Pirates! You heard me right!) :D We had such a great time exploring the city together. Their wedding day is right around the corner, so look for this beautiful couple again soon!

Wedding - Cara and Joe

Pretty in Pink! Cara and Joe's wedding was a dream. Beautiful, personal, fun and intimate. Really. This unique wedding really inspired me and made me fall in love with weddings all over again. I love a bride who will take a risk with fashion and Cara's payed off in a beautiful and classic way. Family and friends were more than warm and welcoming and the whole day was such fun. Songbook DJ's kept the dance floor full all night long. In a word, this wedding was perfection. Congratulations Cara & Joe!

Wedding - Jillian and Johnny

Jillian and Johnny had a gorgeous, hot summer wedding day! This couple is so very sweet and they are so obviously made for each other. The graciousness of their families and friends made for such a wonderful day together. Truly, we are so very fortunate to get to work with so many amazing people!! Songbook DJ's made sure everyone had a fantastic time...really, this one was so much fun for us I can't even describe it! A huge thank you to everyone involved for making us feel like one of the family.
